WE TRANSFORM MATERIALS INTO PRECISION COMPONENTS
For us materials are living and formable. We also turn parts from aluminium, plastic, molybdenum, nitinol or nickel-iron alloys. Our team is experienced and has the necessary know-how to individually address the specialities of the respective material and get the best results. The result is high precision components for many varied application areas.
PRODUCT EXAMPLES
The parts we produce include temporary abutments, covering caps or healing caps in plastic for dental applications and intricate components and housings in aluminium and special alloys for sensitive medical and non-medical devices.
These are just a few selected examples of our work. Click on the arrows in the pictures to see the applications.
LOW WEIGHT, HIGH PERFORMANCE: ALUMINIUM AND PLASTIC
The materials of aluminium and plastic are often used because of their special characteristics and processed to become components for many varied application areas such as medical engineering, optoelectronics, sensor technology, and in aerospace. Here the geometry, application area and surface finish requirements for the components are often critical and it is necessary to find a production process which can best meet the respective requirements.
Plastic, for example, can be machined more easily than other materials. However, the specific characteristics of the individual materials have to be observed during the processing in order to meet the required tolerances. The special characteristics of so-called high-performance plastic such as excellent formability, high stability with low density, good resistance to acids and corrosion and biocompatibility make it ideal for use in medical engineering products.
We process aluminium alloys including AlMgSi1, AlMg3, AlMg4.5Mn, and AlZnMgCu1.5 and various types of plastic including POM, PPSU, Peek, Tecapeek, and PTFE.
SPECIAL MATERIALS: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The machining of special alloys such as molybdenum, cobalt chrome molybdenum or nickel-iron alloys places special requirements on the respective production technology. We adjust our processes to the challenges of the respective material, regardless of whether it is especially hard, tough, soft or elastic.
We machine special materials such as molybdenum, cobalt chrome molybdenum, nitinol, and nickel-iron alloys, etc.
